UNCに近いChapel HillでSublet/Subleaseを探しております。06/11/2024から入居可能ですが、それより以前でも適宜調整可能です。家賃は＄1400/月ですが、こちらも相談に応じて減額可能です。いらない家具がありますので、ベッドやソファーなど使用可能です。気に入ればManagerと相談して継続的に入居可能です。クラブハウスにはプール、ビリヤード、ジム、ヨガスペース、タンニングマシーン、BBQグリルなどがあります。スーパーは徒歩10分くらいの位置にあります。アパートの目の前にバス停がありUNCまで15-20分くらいで着けます。バスは無料です。お気軽にお問い合わせください。

I’ll be moving and need to Sublet/sublease my room 1bed/1bath apartment in Chapel Hill starting June 11 (flexible) ($1400/month, can be discussed)! Lease ends 8/4/2024 and you’d have opportunity to renew the lease - 1bed 1bath with washer/dryer, dish washer, walk in closet and balcony. Furthermore, the community amenities include parking, gym, pool, outdoor BBQ grill, dog park, free coffee, yoga space, tanning machine, and some game places. If you want, I can serve you single size bed frame and mattress, sofa, and table (I can give you). NS bus stop is in front of my apartment. If you take free NS bus, you can get to UNC campus around 15-20 mins. You can get to mall including grocery store and some restaurants on foot 10mins. It's good location, right?!
